Job Summary
To support executive talent acquisition, the full-time Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting will leverage search expertise and market insights to identify, attract, and hire leadership talent for Senior Director-level and above positions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop consultative sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines in partnership with hiring managers and recruitment teams
- Engage and assess qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide recruitment support from sourcing through onboarding, while maintaining effective relationships with business leaders and sharing market insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in executive search and full-cycle recruiting for Senior Director-level and above roles
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industries
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical functions and industry talent landscapes
- Proficiency with ATS/TMS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
