Job Summary
Leading a team of Financial Crime Compliance analysts, the full-time Senior Manager, FCC Operations will independently review complex cases, enhance process governance, and ensure high-quality case resolution in a remote capacity based in Dallas, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting standards for case quality and timely resolution
- Review and resolve complex, risk-based cases related to KYC, enhanced due diligence, and transaction monitoring
- Identify financial-crime risks and opportunities to strengthen processes, escalating higher-risk cases as needed
Required qualifications
- A degree or at least eight years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance
- Proven experience in AML/CTF or fraud investigations
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to assess complex information
- Solid understanding of financial-crime risks and risk-based review practices
- Experience overseeing or mentoring analysts in a compliance environment
