Senior Manager, Finance Systems

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and optimization of finance systems, the full-time Senior Manager, Finance Systems will focus on enhancing the NetSuite environment and other financial processes, while managing technical resources and driving automation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and shape the Finance Systems function by defining roles, responsibilities, and vision for the team
• Create scalable solutions by optimizing processes and methodologies for utilizing NetSuite and other finance systems
• Implement best practices for system configuration, data integrity, and user management across all finance systems

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience managing finance systems projects in a fast-paced environment
• 7+ years of experience with core finance systems, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration
• Strong understanding of system integrations and ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience in implementing or scaling finance systems to support growing business needs
