Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

Job Summary

Leading finance transformation engagements, the full-time Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will provide expert accounting and financial support to buy-side clients and sell-side advisory services, focusing on enhancing finance functions for acquired entities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation engagements, overseeing workstreams including accounting, FP&A, and technology
• Address financial information gaps by implementing robust accounting processes and policies
• Develop an understanding of clients' businesses to identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting, operational finance leadership, or M&A, preferably with private equity portfolio companies
• Experience in transforming finance functions to serve as strategic partners within businesses
• High comprehension of accounting principles and effective communication skills
• Interest in the intersection of finance and technology, with experience in implementing BI tools
• Experience in hiring, developing, and leading finance teams
