Senior Manager, Financial Planning
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Financial Planning will collaborate with business and finance leaders to drive profitable growth across multiple regions while managing complex financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the forecasting process and financial management reporting to support business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial data with operational actions, driving margin improvement
- Translate operational outcomes into financial impacts, guiding business partners to achieve KPIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred
- 7 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management roles
- Clinical background and related experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting applications; experience with FinancialForce is a plus
- Experience with Enterprise Performance Management software such as Adaptive Planning preferred
