Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

Overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial statements, the full-time Senior Manager, Financial Reporting will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, assist with external audits, and implement best practices in financial disclosure while working remotely during Pacific Time core business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and oversee internal financial reporting processes
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports in Workday, ensuring functionality during system upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather report parameters and lead process improvements in financial reporting systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and/or auditing roles
• Hands-on experience building reports in Workday, including advanced and composite reports
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial analysis
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and financial modeling is highly preferred
