Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

To support strategic financial decisions, the full-time Senior Manager, FP&A will lead high-priority projects, manage the overall P&L, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the integrated 3-statement operating model, annual operating plan, and long-range plan
• Run monthly and quarterly reforecasts across various revenue streams and maintain cash flow forecasts
• Develop and present financial analyses and reports for executive leadership and Board of Directors meetings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or management consulting, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting, along with advanced Excel skills
• Comfort with NetSuite and Omni, and familiarity with SQL for data manipulation
• Strong ability to communicate and influence at the executive level with strategic thinking and business judgment
