Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, FP&A will manage the company's operating model, lead annual planning and budgeting cycles, and provide executive reporting insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating model and rolling forecast for revenue, headcount, and key SaaS metrics
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams on quota setting, capacity planning, and revenue projections
• Design dashboards and prepare financial content for board meetings and investor updates

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years in FP&A or Strategic Finance, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience in leading annual planning processes and managing company-level operating models
• Direct experience collaborating with Sales and GTM leaders on forecasting and capacity planning
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience preparing board-level materials and presenting to executive teams
