Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

To enhance revenue forecasting and lending portfolio planning, the full-time Senior Manager, FP&A will develop and maintain financial models, analyze credit trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and enhancement of revenue forecasting models, including long-range planning and scenario analysis
• Manage lending portfolio models, covering originations, repayments, and credit-performance assumptions
• Lead strategic financial analysis to support business planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields
• Expertise in building complex, driver-based financial models and conducting cost-benefit analyses
• Strong background in lending, consumer credit, or structured finance environments
• Experience using SQL, Python, or similar tools for financial model automation and analysis
• Proven ability to prepare materials for senior leadership and Board discussions
