Job Summary
Leading two teams focused on proactive fraud intelligence and regional advocacy, the full-time Senior Manager, Fraud Intelligence will oversee strategies to identify and disrupt novel fraud threats while ensuring compliance with local legal requirements across global markets in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Fraud Intelligence team and Global Trust Advocacy regional leads, fostering a high-performance culture and clear operational goals
- Drive the strategic direction of fraud intelligence initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate emerging fraud threats across the platform
- Ensure that global enforcement strategies are effectively adapted for local execution, addressing compliance risks and cultural nuances
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in trust and safety, fraud intelligence, or risk operations, with a strong analytical and leadership background
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, including the ability to develop team capabilities and set clear expectations
- Demonstrated expertise in fraud intelligence and threat analysis, with a deep understanding of how fraud actors operate
- Strong cross-functional influence skills, capable of building credibility with various stakeholders including regional business leaders and legal teams
- Experience operating in a global, distributed team environment, thriving across diverse cultures and time zones
