Senior Manager, Global Access Strategy

Job Summary

Driving global access strategy, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Global Access Strategy will support reimbursement expansion for an innovative treatment in rare diseases, leading indication-specific assessments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape access plans and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead indication-specific Value, Access, and Pricing assessments while serving as the global access strategy point of contact within cross-functional working groups
• Assess payer needs and competitor pricing to provide actionable recommendations for the treatment's Value & Access strategy
• Manage payer research execution and create high-quality Global Value & Access materials to support access and pricing decisions

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 6 years, Bachelor's degree with 8 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of payer, market access, and/or analytics experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects
• Direct market access, health economics, or pricing experience with a strong understanding of the US and global payer environment
• Experience in developing value, access, and pricing assessments for specialty or rare-disease medicines
• Strong ability to assess market dynamics and translate insights into recommendations
