Job Summary

Leading global billing operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Billing will ensure accurate invoicing and establish standardized processes while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation
• Oversee end-to-end billing activities, including customer setup, contract validation, and dispute resolution
• Establish and enforce global billing policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or related functions
• 3+ years of experience managing teams across multiple geographies
