Driving cost structures and savings, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Procurement will define procurement strategies, execute competitive bidding processes, and ensure pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and align with business growth
- Structure and run competitive RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
- Partner with material sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing and negotiate launch costing for new products
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment
- Proven track record of running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
- Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with a comfort in data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
