Senior Manager, Global Procurement

Job Summary

To drive cost structures and savings for Women Knits & Woven Tops, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Procurement will manage procurement strategies, oversee competitive bidding processes, and ensure pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and align with business growth
• Structure and manage end-to-end RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with material sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing and support merchandising with scale costing targets

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in the retail apparel environment
• Proven track record in running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience with clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
