Senior Manager, Global Procurement

Job Summary

To drive cost structures and savings for Lounge, Swim, and KBM categories, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Procurement will manage procurement strategies, execute competitive bidding processes, and ensure pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and achieve cost reductions
• Structure and manage end-to-end RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with sourcing teams and vendors to align material benefits into finished goods costing and optimize early-stage product development

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment
• Proven track record of running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience with clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
