Senior Manager, Growth Algorithms

Job Summary

Leading a talented group of data scientists, the remote Senior Manager, Growth Algorithms will optimize client acquisition, retention, and reactivation through experimentation, predictive modeling, and personalized recommendations while driving cross-functional collaboration and establishing a clear data science vision.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear data science vision for Growth Algorithms, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation goals
• Act as a trusted thought partner across various departments, defining ownership and best practices for experimentation and analytics
• Lead a team of full-stack data scientists, guiding them through all stages of model development and implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's degree or PhD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and experimentation applied to business problems, particularly in growth and marketing
• 2+ years of experience as a technical team lead or people manager with a successful track record
• Deep expertise in experiment design and interpretation, including statistical power and bias management
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience in defining analytics ownership and best practices
