Senior Manager GTM Engineering
Job Summary
To support a growing Marketing Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager GTM Engineering will build automations, integrations, and AI agents to enhance the go-to-market strategy, working remotely and managing a direct report while collaborating across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows for campaign creation and automate marketing work management to optimize production efficiency
- Develop and integrate systems for BDR prospecting automation and manage the BDR technology stack
- Lead team initiatives by managing a direct report and prioritizing automation requests from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, GTM systems engineering, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with automations and integrations in marketing/RevOps stacks, including Salesforce and Marketo
- Strong understanding of GTM and BDR operations, including lead routing and sales engagement tools
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agents using platforms like Claude
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical delivery plans and build relationships across teams
