Senior Manager, GTM Systems Architecture

Job Summary

Owning the architecture of Salesforce and the GTM tech stack, the full-time Senior Manager, GTM Systems Architecture will design and integrate systems for AI native workflows, collaborating closely with Sales Ops and product teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Salesforce and the GTM stack into a platform designed for AI native workflows
• Design and connect systems across various functions including CRM, billing, and marketing automation
• Build a reliable foundation of GTM data for stakeholders across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and building on Salesforce, including complex org rework
• Deep expertise in Salesforce data model design, Apex, flows, integrations, and security
• Experience building AI native systems and strong integration skills beyond Salesforce
• Understanding of GTM processes and data from lead to cash in a multi-product environment
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
