Leading the U.S. launch of dazodalibep for Sj gren's disease, the full-time remote Senior Manager HCP Marketing will manage key pre-launch and launch initiatives, develop impactful marketing programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful market introduction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of U.S. HCP pre-launch and launch initiatives across various promotional channels
- Translate customer insights and market dynamics into effective marketing programs and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated launch strategies and materials
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience in roles aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- Strong marketing competence, including strategy, market research, and brand positioning
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies
- Experience in regulated products and/or services, with launch experience preferred
