Job Summary
Leading the strategy and operational support for enterprise integration solutions, the full-time Senior Manager, Healthcare Data Integration will oversee healthcare data exchange processes, including API integrations and EDI transactions, while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise integration and interface services to support healthcare operations and program modernization
- Oversee integration workstreams for large-scale Medicaid and healthcare technology implementations
- Establish integration standards, governance, and best practices across programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in systems integration and healthcare data exchange
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing technical teams and healthcare technology implementations
- Strong knowledge of APIs, EDI, FHIR, HL7, and cloud integration
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale integration or modernization programs
