Senior Manager, IAM Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for infrastructure IAM, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity best practices and business goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IAM engineers, overseeing daily operations and performance management
- Provide technical guidance on IAM solutions architecture and ensure the security and scalability of identity data access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 7+ years in Identity and Access Management
- Minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role, with experience building and leading technical IAM teams
- Deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, including MFA, SSO, and directory services
- Experience with IAM solutions for complex on-premise and multi-cloud environments
