IAM Support Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IAM Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 16x7 support for clients, including weekends and evenings
- Develop and support IAM solutions while managing user identities and access rights
- Respond to L1 and L2 support tickets and deliver reports, metrics, and KPIs in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the IAM domain
- Proficiency in at least two IAM products (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.)
- Understanding of IAM solution design and configuration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of overall experience
