Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 16x7 support for clients, including weekends and evenings
  • Develop and support IAM solutions while managing user identities and access rights
  • Respond to L1 and L2 support tickets and deliver reports, metrics, and KPIs in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the IAM domain
  • Proficiency in at least two IAM products (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.)
  • Understanding of IAM solution design and configuration
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of overall experience
