Job Summary
Leading the development and enhancement of the IAM program, the full-time Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management will work remotely to design and implement identity governance, manage a team of IAM engineers, and ensure compliance with security standards across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Delinea's IAM program and reference architecture, covering workforce identity and cloud entitlements
- Build and mentor a team of IAM engineers, setting performance expectations and goals
- Oversee the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, including automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of hands-on identity and access management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
- Deep experience with Entra ID and Active Directory administration
- Proficiency in Okta or a comparable IDaaS platform, including SSO and MFA policy design
- Experience with AWS IAM at scale, including roles and permission boundaries
