Senior Manager, Identity Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of enterprise identity security capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager, Identity Management will develop and implement IAM frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity plan
• Set identity security architecture direction and implementation standards for various identity types and access integrations
• Manage a portfolio of IAM programs from requirements through design, implementation, and continual service improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in MIS, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 8 years of experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Application Security
• CISSP, CISM, or relevant identity platform certification preferred
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, architectures, and governance practices
• Ability to lead and coach IAM professionals while establishing knowledge transfer and succession planning
