Senior Manager, Identity Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategic operational initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Identity Operations will oversee trader onboarding, identity verification, and compliance functions while managing a specialized team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance verification systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while implementing modern performance management practices
• Plan workforce needs and define strategic objectives to align operational capacity with company growth goals
• Evaluate fraud risk systems and enhance KYC capabilities to mitigate platform abuse and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in fintech or regulated financial services operations with expertise in Identity Operations and KYC/AML frameworks
• 3+ years of experience managing teams in high-volume, regulated operational environments
• Proven track record in evaluating fraud risk systems and enhancing identity detection capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of global compliance standards including AML/BSA regulations and OFAC sanctions
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Legal Counsel
