Senior Manager, Information Security

Job Summary

Leading the execution of the information security program, the full-time Senior Manager, Information Security will oversee security initiatives, manage a team of security professionals, and collaborate with various departments to enhance data protection and incident response in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the security roadmap into actionable priorities and team goals while managing performance and overseeing security projects and budgets
• Lead the implementation of security controls across cloud and on-premises environments, prioritizing vulnerabilities and ensuring effective remediation
• Oversee security operations, including threat detection and incident response, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, identity and access management, and vulnerability management tools
• Experience leading incident response and coordinating remediation across technical teams
• Ability to assess business risk and communicate security recommendations effectively to diverse audiences
