Senior Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Datacenter Infrastructure team, the full-time Senior Manager, Infrastructure will ensure high reliability, security, and scalability of on-premise environments while transitioning to AWS-native cloud application engineering in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee datacenter operations, ensuring stability and performance across physical environments
• Lead the evolution of the team towards AWS-native cloud application engineering and establish operational practices for cloud services
• Develop and mentor engineers, fostering their growth from traditional infrastructure roles to cloud engineering capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of professional experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering and operations, preferably within a SaaS environment
• 6+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of leading teams through significant technical changes
• Hands-on experience with physical datacenter environments and AWS PaaS services
• Experience implementing automation and DevOps practices in production operations environments
