Job Summary

Leading a distributed team of network, cloud, and systems engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering will oversee staffing, capacity planning, and incident management while ensuring high operational standards across on-premises datacenters and public cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, focusing on hiring, performance management, and career development
• Own capacity planning and manage the team's workload across on-call, project delivery, and incident response
• Ensure the team adheres to engineering standards and maintains effective communication and transparency in operations

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading engineering teams with a focus on infrastructure, network, or cloud environments
• Proven track record managing service or operations teams with production and on-call responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability in capacity planning and incident management practices
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and asynchronous communication
• Fluency in cloud, Infrastructure-as-Code, and networking concepts to engage in technical discussions
