Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the governance and technical assurance of global infrastructure platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering will oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure while managing internal teams and external vendors in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish global infrastructure standards, configuration baselines, and platform roadmaps
• Provide technical governance across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid data center services
• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers while driving standardization and technical improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in engineering leadership or technical governance roles
• Strong experience across multiple infrastructure domains, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Demonstrated experience establishing technical standards and governing vendor-delivered infrastructure solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
