Senior Manager, Insurance Filings
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting multistate filings, the full-time Senior Manager, Insurance Filings will draft, file, and defend AI and predictive model filings while supporting carrier clients and maintaining regulatory compliance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, file, and defend AI and predictive model filings in SERFF, including model checklists and validation summaries
- Lead objection and interrogatory responses by coordinating with cross-functional teams to address state inquiries
- Monitor state requirements and translate them into internal guidance and client updates
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of U.S. P&C insurance industry experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with multistate P&C rate, rule, and form filings in SERFF
- Fluency with AI tools and experience building workflows across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong persuasive technical writing skills for regulatory documentation
- Bachelor's degree and legal eligibility to work in the United States
