Senior Manager, Investigations

Job Summary

To establish a new investigative function, the full-time Senior Manager, Investigations will lead the Central Intake and Investigations Hub remotely, managing complex investigations and setting standards for the organization while fostering collaboration across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and promote the Central Intake and Investigations Hub across the organization
• Lead complex investigations, producing findings reports and recommendations
• Define investigation standards and provide oversight for other teams' investigations

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading workplace investigations, including misconduct cases involving senior staff
• Experience in setting investigation standards and quality assurance
• Understanding of employee relations and the intersection of investigations and employment decisions
• Experience across multiple countries and legal contexts related to investigations
• Professional fluency in English and proficiency in either French, Swahili, or Portuguese
