Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Job Summary

To support a growing investor relations program, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Investor Relations will partner with executive leadership to enhance investor engagement, manage communications, and deliver market insights through financial analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Track consensus and sell-side analyst models to provide actionable insights to executive leadership
• Manage buy-side investor communications and coordinate events such as conferences and roadshows
• Analyze IR CRM data to prioritize outreach to shareholders and prospective investors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years in equity research, FP&A, accounting, audit, or investment banking
• Experience in building and maintaining integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Strong knowledge of corporate valuation methodologies and market analysis
• Outstanding project management skills with a focus on standardizing processes
• Technical proficiency with financial tools and automation platforms, such as FactSet and IR CRMs
