Senior Manager IT Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the organization's PCI Compliance Program, the full-time Senior Manager IT Compliance will ensure adherence to PCI-DSS requirements, coordinate compliance assessments, and manage cross-functional teams to protect cardholder data in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the PCI DSS compliance program and oversee annual certification activities
• Coordinate annual PCI assessments, including Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs) and Reports on Compliance (ROC) for multiple business units
• Partner with various teams to ensure alignment with PCI DSS compliance requirements and industry best practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, cybersecurity, or risk management
• 4+ years of experience managing PCI DSS compliance programs or in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of PCI DSS framework and IT risk management frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in information security, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)
