Job Summary
Establishing and leading the IT Program Management Office, the Senior Manager, IT PMO will manage portfolio and program management practices for a growing biopharmaceutical organization in a remote, contract role focused on strategic planning and direct program leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance of IT projects and requests
- Lead and oversee complex enterprise technology initiatives, applying appropriate project management methodologies
- Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and governance practices, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading IT PMO functions within a biopharmaceutical or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with ERP implementations, clinical systems, and cybersecurity programs
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA
- Ability to develop and present executive-level reports and dashboards
