Senior Manager, IT Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the product strategy and technology roadmap, the full-time remote Senior Manager, IT Product Management will oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Sales technology capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance seller productivity and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the technology and AI roadmap for the Sales product workstream in collaboration with Sales and other business teams
- Own the Sales technology product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational needs
- Lead technical solutioning and manage the delivery of product capabilities from planning through post-release support
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a focus on enterprise applications and sales technology
- 5+ years of experience leading teams, including Architects and Developers, in a technology delivery environment
- 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market functions
- 5+ years of experience owning technology roadmaps and managing product backlogs
- Experience with enterprise Sales technology platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar tools
