Senior Manager, IT Security Compliance

Job Summary

To lead IT compliance, governance, risk management, and audit programs, the full-time Senior Manager, IT Security Compliance will oversee the design and implementation of IT controls, serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, and drive a culture of accountability and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Corporate IT SOX compliance strategy and maintain governance processes for IT control lifecycle
• Lead IT SOX audits, manage internal and external audit relationships, and ensure audit readiness through high-quality documentation
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive compliance and risk management objectives, while mentoring team members and promoting a culture of compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-15+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Compliance, with at least 5-7 years leading SOX compliance programs
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CRISC, or CISM preferred
• Experience managing external audit relationships and leading large-scale compliance and audit programs in complex environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a proven track record of driving remediation programs and organizational change
