Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary analytics team, the full-time Senior Manager, Key Analytics will deliver strategic insights to support business growth, client retention, and market competitiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Key Analytics team, overseeing client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling
- Develop integrated analyses combining underwriting, pricing strategies, and performance reporting to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with various business functions to evaluate opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations during client engagements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams or individual contributors
- Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis
- Familiarity with SAS, SQL, and/or QlikSense preferred
