Senior Manager, Learning Experience

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Senior Manager, Learning Experience will oversee the development of engaging product training, manage team performance, and ensure the timely delivery of learning initiatives for the i-Ready and Math content portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team in creating reusable, engaging product training that adheres to adult learning principles
• Lead and develop team members through regular coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews
• Oversee the planning and execution of Sales and Service Academies and seasonal learning programs

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years in enablement, learning and development, internal communications, or program management, preferably in education technology
• Three or more years of experience in a leadership or coaching role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, education, learning and development, business, or a related field
• Experience managing projects and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with learning and enablement platforms, such as HighSpot or a learning management system
