Job Summary
To support the growth of the Education Freedom Tax Credit program, the full-time Senior Manager, Market Development will manage business development, partnership cultivation, and market expansion efforts while working remotely in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own business development and market expansion efforts to increase awareness and participation in the Education Freedom Tax Credit program
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new partnership opportunities to drive program growth and long-term participation
- Lead the full sales and partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and relationship management
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, market development, or related fields
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships and achieving organizational objectives
- Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships and community engagement programs
- Experience with education choice programs or related initiatives is preferred
- Military service can substitute for professional experience or formal education requirements
