Senior Manager, Marketing Technology

Job Summary

Managing the Digital Bank's Martech Stack, the full-time Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Developer will oversee customer journeys, configure email and push communications, and implement data integrations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain customer user journeys across Braze and Segment
• Own A/B testing and product analytics to enhance marketing performance using Statsig
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and troubleshoot technical issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in development and/or operational management of client-facing technologies
• Understanding of marketing automation, digital advertising, and customer data platforms, with experience in Braze and CDP preferred
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL with experience in building APIs highly preferred
• Deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
