Senior Manager Medicare Strategy

Job Summary

Leading a team of professionals, the full-time Senior Manager Medicare Strategy will oversee the strategic and operational execution of initiatives supporting the Health Care product, managing a complex budget and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic and business planning process, leading large-scale initiatives to deliver on annual goals
• Collaborate with finance and analytic teams to develop cost/benefit analyses and support business case development for proposed initiatives
• Integrate multiple project plans into a cohesive program, managing schedules, resources, and ensuring successful completion within scope and budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of managed care experience in a relevant setting
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred
