Senior Manager, MedTech PLM
Job Summary
Driving the vision and strategy for the MedTech Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, the fully remote Senior Manager, MedTech PLM will manage platform lifecycle activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure business value realization while overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end platform lifecycle, including strategy, prioritization, and performance management
- Drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies in product roadmaps and technical backlogs
- Lead vendor management and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in progressively advanced roles, particularly in product development and manufacturing processes
- Expertise in PLM technologies, especially PTC Windchill and ThingWorx
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing global projects in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in improving productivity and decision quality
