Senior Manager Midstream Operations

Job Summary

Accountable for managing North America midstream partnerships within Bayer's biofuel closed loops, the full-time Senior Manager Midstream Operations will secure and operate grain aggregation and crush capacity, ensuring timely execution of contracts and reliable operational performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage midstream service agreements to support closed-loop value chains
• Oversee grain aggregations and crush operations, ensuring contract delivery and alignment across stakeholders
• Build and manage logistics models for grain, meal, and oil, addressing operational issues and tracking performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• Proven record in negotiating tolling, crush service, or offtake agreements
• Strong communication skills across the value chain, including growers and logistics providers
• 10 years of experience in oilseed processing, grain origination, or renewable fuel supply chains preferred
• Working knowledge of RFS/LCFS and feedstock traceability is a plus
