Job Summary
Leading enterprise-level network capacity and investment planning, the full-time remote Senior Manager Network Planning will manage cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-year investment strategies that align with business demand and technology goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic network planning and prioritize operating plans for capacity, modernization, and growth
- Oversee capital planning, forecasting, and variance management to ensure network efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Convert planning decisions into executable projects while managing dependencies and risks across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in network planning, telecommunications, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of formal people leadership experience with accountability for performance and organizational outcomes
- Strong knowledge of network capacity planning and financial acumen including capital planning and business-case development
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and influence decisions
