Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

Overseeing the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, the full-time Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable will lead a high-performing AR team, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and optimize working capital through effective collections and process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end O2C lifecycle, including billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations
• Develop and mentor the AR team, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability for improved collection effectiveness
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation and optimization initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash processes, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the O2C process and expertise in process improvement and ERP systems optimization
• Proficiency in financial analysis, KPI development, and performance reporting
• Excellent leadership skills with a strategic, results-oriented mindset
