Senior Manager of AI Enablement
Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide AI initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of AI Enablement will drive the adoption of AI tools and workflows, manage an AI champions program, and collaborate with teams to implement practical AI solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, providing demonstrations and support to enhance practical use cases
- Manage the AI champions program to promote federated adoption while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training materials and workshops for AI tool usage
Required qualifications:
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, and Power Platform, including AI readiness and use case development
- Substantial knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and content governance
- Experience in enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot and running peer-learning programs
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a focus on employee engagement
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms is advantageous
