Job Summary
Leading operational analytics and reporting for Business Operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Analytics will ensure that leaders have the data and insights necessary to drive performance improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead operational analytics and insights, providing accurate visibility into business performance
- Own the development of KPIs, dashboards, and recurring business performance reporting
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or business intelligence, including leadership roles
- Strong background in operational analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with BI/reporting platforms and managing KPIs and dashboards
- Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends and root causes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
