Senior Manager of Bank Operations

Job Summary

To establish and scale its operating foundation, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Bank Operations will manage the implementation of the Finxact core banking system, oversee deposit and lending operations, and ensure operational readiness and compliance across banking processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing administration of the Finxact core system, including product structures and transaction rules
• Lead operational launch readiness by designing operating models, procedures, and training for banking operations
• Direct daily deposit and lending operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective control environments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking operations, digital banking, or financial technology, with leadership experience in regulated institutions
• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms, preferably Finxact or similar cloud-native systems
• Deep knowledge of deposit and lending operations, including ACH, wires, and reconciliations
• Proven ability to design and operate effective controls and manage regulatory compliance
• Experience building a de novo bank or launching a digital banking program is strongly preferred
