Senior Manager of Build Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of four, the full-time Senior Manager of Build Operations will drive operational efficiency and execution capacity for engineering and product teams in a remote environment, focusing on prioritizing critical workstreams and establishing a unified operational framework across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Restore execution capacity on priority workstreams blocking Finance and Build leadership, ensuring timely completion
• Design and implement an operational model that aligns engineering and go-to-market teams, fostering consistent practices and visibility
• Manage and develop a team, providing direction and support to enhance operational workflows and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in operational roles within engineering or product organizations
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders without relying on title
• Strong project and program management skills, including risk management and change documentation
• Experience embedding AI tools into team workflows to enhance efficiency
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
