Senior Manager of Business Continuity
Job Summary
Leading strategic advisory engagements, the full-time Senior Manager of Business Continuity will assess resilience maturity, develop recovery strategies, and implement solutions to enhance clients' operational resilience in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management engagements from scoping through executive reporting
- Design and implement BCM governance programs, policies, recovery plans, and crisis management frameworks
- Facilitate tabletop exercises, crisis simulations, and disaster recovery tests, developing scenarios and after-action reports
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
- Deep experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), recovery planning, and crisis management
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure
- Familiarity with ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, and other relevant frameworks
